It features an enchantingly set 6x4mm pear cut Sapphire in the center of the mount that extends up from the pear shape tip, to form a loop that helps the pendant easily slip into a chain. 23 prong set round cut diamonds border the Sapphire and the extended strip of the pear shape mount.
